It's tough, I want to agree with you on the 1F 3M.
I feel like one of your males is throwing off female like looks but the body shape says male to me.

Wait for others opinions, but I think if I was to guess I'd go with your gut on the 1-3

I'm also starting to get thrown off by one of the "males." Only time will tell though

I would definetely say you at least have one female. Its still a little early to tell for sure. But I would maybe divide off the female with each male for a week and see who she seems to like. then I would do everything you can to keep them all together for the best chance of pairing.

the males are inevitably going to fight over the female, they have to challenge eachother to prove themselves to her, so its normal. Unless the aggression is causing missing scales and damaged fins, I would leave them and just keep a close eye. make a lot of hiding spots.
