So I believe I'm going to get my first tattoos soon. Oh, and they're free. 
I'm getting a sawblade about the size of a half dollar on each wrist. Yeah, it may seem a bit silly and childish to most, but it's to pay homage to my favorite band since 2006 (Whitechapel). Not to mention they're relatively unnoticeable. I just have to keep my hands facing down in a job interview. And wear long sleeves, which won't be a problem going into a business type of job. But in Audio Engineering, I get to call the shots, so I don't see it much of an issue. These will be the only "visible" tattoos I'll get for quite some time. I'm getting my shins done, as I stated before, but seeing as professionalism relies on wearing pants as one of its counterparts, I think I'll be set on that.

man.... Xs on your legs? Why not find an artist who can incorporate your straight edge philosphy into a more dynamic piece of artwork than just two Xs? Once you get addicted to tattoos, you're going to find those simple Xs very hard to work into a "sock" tattoo. You'll also find that a big black X is going to be very hard to cover up when you're tugging on a beer five years down the road.

But with the whole body mod thing, I like tattoos, but I think piercings have gotten pretty ridiculous. I knew a girl whos face was full of metal, even underneath her eyes.. I'd hate to have to go to an airport with her. I've got my ears pierced, 6right 7left. But I find holes everywhere very unattractive.

He's 19 and his room is littered with 40s and cases of Miller High Life. Just because I don't drink like you guys, doesn't mean I'm going to either. Now leave my beliefs out of this.

Just razzin' ya kid. I was in the straight edge scene for six years growing up. Your tattoo Idea sounds legit! Way better than I thought.

Thanks man. It was kind of a collab idea with myself and my friend, who is the artist. I had a general idea, which was the Xs with either some sort of anti-religious or a sugar skull type theme. He incorporated both, so I was quite happy about that.
