I posted that to show that he's doing the same shady things on aquabid as well.

And I have not gotten my refund yet. Still waiting on that.

Yeah, I can see a smooth transaction a mile ahead. Also, Buying a fish with $18 shipping overnight would constitute being a gullible buyer - Why $18 shipping overnight cost can determine the character of a buyer?
 
I guess I assumed the seller also called the buyer Jose as well. I hope your Asperger isn't acting up again since you're having trouble deciphering what's a hyperbole.

im the seler from ebay now can every body here what i have to say if the fish got bite up by other fish i did de right thing to not send it.but i give her the full refund.
 
talk to paypal because the refund said that is complete.i dont take any body money.i know you would not be happy i send you a fish i bad condition.

I would have liked it if you would have emailed me back telling me you were not shipping it. You did not tell me at all that it was not being shipped.

I would never recommend that anyone buys a fish from you.

And no, the refund does not say complete- so you have not refunded me. I have $0.00 in my paypal account, and I have checked my bank account balance, and it has not changed.

This case will stay open until you refund me.

It's HILARIOUS that you are selling all these fish, yet you can't tell a customer when there is an issue. The fish got bit up?! There was the option on Ebay to buy more than one.. you mean to tell me that all of them got bit up? No. What bit them up? Your Airapaima that you sell? :screwy:

I think you got lazy, and thought you could scam someone out of money.

I am more than unhappy with this issue.

Looking at your feedback, you have refunded people money with NO reason; and that your communication sucks. Maybe that's something you should work on buddy.

If you can not stay true to your "business" or the things you post on ebay, then maybe you should stick with craigslist.

It's also funny how after the dispute went through, I asked you when you refunded me, and I got NO answer on that!
 
Hello i am the seller that sold to that costumer on ebay and i dont need to hide away because just like she told her side of the story i think it should be fair that mines is heard aswell !

i found out about this POST because one of my satified costumers saw it and wrote to me the following:

"Dear bkfishes09,
Hi, just wanted to make you aware that this lady is making a complaint about you on a fish website. I think it's unfair that you can't tell your side of the story. Here is the link. "


So yeah,In EBAY it only said that it was one fish NOT MORE THAN ONE !!!! and if i was a BAD SELLER i would of have shipped the fish beat up But i didnt !!!


i dont think its fair enough that just because this little inconvinience happend this selfish costumer is giving me bad feedbacks everywhere when i did what i thought it was best for her !
