she did not use paypal though, this dude sounded shadier than a Georgia oak tree man. Lied about more than a couple of things i can see....

As read thoroughly she did not use paypal, nor did she receive a refund in her bank account. So she clearly stated that he has until January 3rd until legal action is taken, if he refunded money to some lucky person that is his fault. He will be held liable with scamming and prosecuted to give a refund, and what ever ebay decides to do to a scammer. Simple Translation= No money in her bank, you're screwed. Have fun, MFK is a big family and we fend for each other.

shame, this might just be just my own personal opinion here.....but having him come on here and attempt to dictate his side of the story seemed to only condemn his case even further.
