EBJD bloat? (video)

I did a full dose of metronidazole on Saturday night.

The only 'small dose' I did of metronidazole was yesterday when I did a quick 20g water change, and I re-dosed 20 gallons worth (what was removed from water change).

I don't think I have enough left to do another full dose of the tank. But I did call the LFS today and ordered more (i got their last container of metronidazole on Friday). It'll be here tomorrow night so I'll have to wait until then to do another full dose (which would be about 72 hours after the original dose anyway, which is what I was aiming for). I also ordered a 4oz bottle of Prazipro to have on hand (thinking about treating tank for parasites after this bloat ordeal is over).

Should I add the rest of the metronidazole that I have tonight? (even though its not enough to dose full tank volume again....there might be like 60 or 80 gallons worth of it left.

Ok I'll discontinue epsom treatment and spend this week slowly but surely removing it through water changes.
 
Well...not good.

When I got home it was back at the top of the tank again in the same corner its been at when I woke up the last 2 mornings.

So I did a 20g water change and it came down to its normal area for a few mins, but now its back up top again. Going to do another wc in about 10 mins or so and go from there.
 
Sorry to hear this.. but still have to hope.. how is the others.. hope okay.. did stomach go down at all.. still panting..? best of luck..
 
The other fish seem fine. Its still bloated and panting :( going to do that water change now that i mentioned half hour ago.

stomach looks a little better..lost its color somewhat.. still panting, poor thing... i cannot think of anything more you can do.. you have done so much... keep hoping..
 
It seems to have reacted positively to the water changes. I did that 15g wc on lunch, plus 3 20g changes tonight (each spaced out about 30-45 mins apart). After that I dosed the rest of the metronidazole (which Im approximating I had about 50-60g dose left).

Tomorrow after work i'll pick up more metronidazole and also prazipro (for later use).

Its been hanging out at the bottom like normal for the past half hour or so, sometimes the other EBJD comes over. Still panting pretty hard though, and bloated...can't really tell if the swelling has gone down or not. Maybe slightly...

Can't really tell if the bloat is going down or not. Picking up more meds tonight and will do a full dose of metronidazole.

one thing i can say .. he/she does not look any worse and maybe a little bit better.
 
It was still in the same corner near the top when I got home. Just did a 20g water change then added a full dose of metronidazole. Still hasn't moved from the corner...
