.............................. read what I already said *in context*, about the "reporting journalists" are deliberately ignoring the obvious........, and only screaming about the relatively-minor number of citizens here who bypassed vaccines. [meaning, within the outbreak- count actual numbers/percentage which are unvacc'd citizens or persons here in compliance with existing federal Laws,]BTW!= NO real statistics are being published about Whether or not these Outrageous measles cases are actually even citizens, are they? reporters are all over the subject of school kids & debating how to "handle" certain non-vacc'ing parents. so why is it problematic to address all the disease origins?) are you asserting that the most recent outbreak of measles is a product of illegal aliens (correct me if I'm wrong)? there is no enforcement of immigration or health checks & guidelines, which used to be mandatory for residency to be granted. With "no real statistics"? (uh, reports say, for instance "100 cases" and mention possibly 3 unvacc'd people being identified, ignoring the other 97 cases....?)Dude, it's Disneyland. this is not limited to Disneyland. school enrollment vacc policies are being debated. You don't have to be a U.S. citizen to go there, and you don't need to be a citizen to take a vacation to another country. So your "illegal measles epidemic" is a huge extrapolation. read statements from border workers who are "processing" the latest influx of people. ask what they see & are exposed to. As for Visas, etc, some contagious health risks should be screened in various ways.
And when you say that there were a "relatively-minor number of citizens here who bypassed vaccines", do you mean relative to the country's population? 6% of the country adds up to a large number...I mean within current cases here. what number/percentage actually consist of vaccination refusers?. & which fall within other reasons. the reason "others" are not reported is because hospitals can't ASK. that leaves a very small group to discuss. Or am I wrong?
California every year, with between 4 and 60 cases. so there are many more this yearDo your research before you point fingers. don't point, or don't count because asking is not permitted?
In regards to the vaccines, idk why people listen to Jenny McCarthy, the former pornstar, when she says vaccines caused her son's autism. When it was pointed out that her child was not autistic, she said she cured him with a method that has no supporting scientific evidence. talk about pointing fingers. I don't know the porn star, but I never stated any affinity for her position or other non-vacc parents.
I do sympathize with parents struggling for their children. may nothing unfortunate ever hit you or yours.
Some parents take a middle road approach, and pay to import vaccines or other medications from Europe, hoping to lessen certain perceived risks. but hey, maybe the porn star's kid should be banned from schools. It is a viable alternative to counting with our fingers or tracing origins of diseases.
I heard one report that the measles epidemic was traced to Disney pulling it out of his own ***.
Sounds good ;-)
PS, sorry if the font is annoying...I just find it easier to try inserting replies directly into quoted text by using colors to differentiate who Said What.
it is hard to know how it actually will appear in drafts. I see that I accidentally messed up some of it but it takes waaaay too long to go back and edit. hope it is somewhat obvious where intent leaves off and accidents begin.
peace out.
