we should have a special section on MFK named.. "check in here before you buy"... "let us help you make the right choice".. "lets talk about it".. "Are you absolutely sure you want it" "Are you insane"... or something along those lines.. it just might help..

I like the idea.
EXCEPT for one small problem,

2...came to believe that a bigger tank and more powerfull filtration could restore us from a power failure.

3... made a decision to turn our houses into Aquariums.

4...made a searching and fearless inventory of our fish stock.

I do aboslutely worthless space calculations. Revisit in my mind the overstocking issue. Debate the concept within myself, and all for nothing because there are fish that I know are mine, no matter what, from the 1st second I see them....

and the way it affects our loved ones. Unless you are fortunate enough to have a spouse that likes it as much as you do, (rallysman) the compromises you make to get your fix.

"7 tanks isn't that bad hun you should see some of these psychos on MFK." but she still doesn't buy it. "I'll sell only 2 tanks and you get a gym membership, in return I get 1 LARGER TANK." Deal she says.

GLORIOUS DAY!!!! You feel so happy that while your buying your new tank they offer you a 30 gallon which you have the bright Idea. I'll use this for her and put clowns in it. Kinda like buying a new set of golfclubs that fit you and telling them they are hers. BRILLIANT!!!

lol, im happy i dont get those urges, i just know that my tank/s are full already and i just fantisize about having a bigger one and getting the fish. it happens all the time to, i go to my lfs and i see their big dats, and archers, and puffers, and stingrays, and arrowannas, and bichirs, and clown knives, and violet gobbys, and ................... well the piont is, i just walk away.

If I see one of those must have's I get a tank for it...it is awfull! I have tanks in my bathroom ( only i use it...my wife won't even look inside..)..My Piranhas are outside on the pateo...it is tragic....

I sold all my Sw tanks and promised to leave the space free forever, one year ago...next weekend two guys are coming to start building a monster tank in the place i had free and promised never to re ocupy.....

love every minute of it!

yes i know it does eventually happen, i just havent been in the hobby long enough. lol, got my first fish last summer, and that was just a betta in a 0.5 gal. tank. now just 6-7 months later ive already got a 2gal that i put my betta in, a 5gal. feeder/breeding tankk, 12gal tank, and a 40gal.. and as soon as i get the 40gal. up and running, oh, ill (probably) will be living at the lfs.

yeah, where is he? he hasnt been on for 2 weeks come tommarow.
