For sure man! U really want to? If your back is up to it, then I'm down. I can pick you up or can drive here. I'm on mill plain by the old air field kinda near 164th. Besides you save me the trouble of picking up my buddy in ptld and wait for his girly ass to get to ready to leave the door. You know those types.....

Also, there is the guy that I bought the tank from. Who has 400+ lbs. of used white sand that was for SW set up. Would this be good for higher ph cichlid set up even if it is crushed coral? I don't think it is as he stated it was sand. Who knows, it might even be pool sand. Still waiting for the guy to respond and shall know shortly.

I'll give you a call at 6. We can go get drive thru on me..... Big spenda!

I'm down. I'm at a stand still with my tanks until the new backgrounds come in anyway so we might as well overhaul yours. Tonight it is.. I'm not afraid of a minivan but violently opose skinny jeans and pickles, FYI.. ;) That's my only two "buggaboo's" lol..

I'll show you how to test the sand as well so you know if it is PH inert or not. The type of cichlids your going to keep is important in knowing if you need PH buffering sand or not. Assuming your on the same watwer as me, your water is already on the hard side and perfect for CA's.

Do you want to go to the location where the free sand is to test? I got to call the dude and let him know in advance. He is looking to clear up some garage space. I'm not doing cichlids, nor SW so I have no need for it unless it is pool sand. If so, then I'll take some maybe, but it's all yours. There may be about 500 lbs worth of it. LMK

JK47 - Thanks a bunch for helping with the pick up. Tank was lighter the second time around. It's now in my messy garage. Yippee! Also picked up 300+/- lbs. of aragonite along the way. Not a bad trip.

Got some bad news from Justin tonight... Mr. Wag is no longer with us. He was tough, but not tough enough for CA cichlids. :(
RIP little gangster! You will be missed.
