The tank was built like a german tank, I ordered top ridge all the way around, they normally have the top ridge missing on big tanks so you can hang things, I wanted some kind of superfilter that does not hang. Like I said on the previous post I put a very strong fiberglass tape around the top and bottom 18 times for an extra 3000 lbs holding power on the front and back pane to hold it in place under extreme pressure. Then siliconed the tape to protect it. I basically made a top and bottom frame to the tank, a very strong one indeed. I also took weeks to make sure the stand and top of the stand were completely level before I added the thick styrofoam sheets.
THE STAND;.......... They gave me a 5 or maybe 10 year stand. I added a real lot of lumber inside the stand with water resistant and water proof glue to hold it all to make it a 50 year stand.
