Ever had buyers remorse? ( For Fish ??)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I was having a little bit of buyers remorse last week for buying such a large tank (80G, tall), but after the last few days of haging out here, I am all better:D You guys have some large aquariums!!!:grinyes:

When I bought my leichardti a couple of years ago and it started jumping out LOL

There was no way I was going to get rid of it though.

malawi eye biter. never really wanted it but for some reason i picked it up. meh

I have regrets every week. I spend way too much. But the regret lasts for about 3 min. Some people keep aquariums for a hobby..... I have an addiction. Is there an AAA class for this?? Aquarium Addict s Anonymous.

Every time I get a new (used) tank I have regrets till its up & running...

I see a tank, its a great deal & I love fish..

I get the tank either free or at a decent price...

Then the trouble starts...

Where do I put this one? perhaps I should have thought of that before.

Wow I need STUFF, now my free or near free tank starts to cost me. not that I mind, I just didn't think of that (every time)

That free 44g hex I just got for example, hex won't work in my place, so now someone else has a free hex with stand.

argh!!! :shakehead

I regret not having enough money to get the fish i want when they are available. I regret passing up a fish that I've really wanted, come back and its gone the next day...:(. Gettin rid of fish is such a huge struggle for me. I bond with my fish, they become a part of me. I feel guilty givin them to someone, its like they are lookin at me with puppy dog eyes and askin me why!?

Back in the day I had a 55g and bough a clown knife , two pacu's an a channel. They were all pretty big but I was doing a lot of waterchanges so everyone was happy and healthy. Then someone said I should put some fish with colors in them and gave me two african (electic blues from petsmart) sons of whores :owned: ate the eye out of my clown knife had my two pacus strapped into a corner at the top :nutkick: and the channel had no fins :thumbsdow. Day two they were in a ten gallon tank. No water changes and everyonce in a while I would spill a soda in the tank. OOPS :naughty:. The person that gave them to me told me no takesy's backsy's. One eventually killed the other but not before they moved all the gravel to one side of the tank broke the heater ~ I left it plugged in and broken.
I threw him into a jelly jar with the lid on and he died three weeks later. RIPMF!

You had a couple of psycho africans...now you see why i don't like africans...well..i guess thats just one reason...haha

I didn't like africans until I met Miles and found out how to do it.
