Exodons are very entertaining fish. When I kept a dozen in a species only tank, somehow ended up with only down to 6. Even after lots of feeding they managed to pick off all the smallest ones. Now I keep the 6 in a tank with juvie RBP and a rhom together in a planted tank with driftwood and has been fine for months without any casualties.

I've always had better luck with the tank being heavily planted and what sucks is these guys are so quick that when you have so many you can't tell you lost a few until l you loose like 10 lol

I agree these guys would look great in a heavy planted tank. I would love to do one but the substrate is sand the lights are not adequate enough for plants.

So its been 5 days and I figured I should do a small update. The school is great, I still have all 30 of them. Ive been feeding them 4 cubes of beef heart a day (2 in the morning, 2 at night). What I was amazed of was how fast they caught on with the routine. They follow my hand and react to my presence a foot away from the tank, They go straight to the right side where I usually feed them. I notice they are not afraid of my hand when its in the water, Ive been nipped every time by all of them. All an all they are amazing fish and I can easily say the most entertaining fish I have ever had.
