I used Azoo Arowana sticks ;)

I was only able to get some of the tetracichlid cichlid sticks, well I kind of starved, not really I fed them but just enough to sustain them, on monday as well as yesterday.

Today I tried a variety of food, which are:
TetraCichlid Cichlid Sticks
Hikari Carnivore Sinking Pellets
Blackworms
Krill Shrimp
Bloodwoms
Night crawlers
Few feeders

I mostly tried these foods for my new Redtail Catfish, which I acquired from Petland Discounts, I know the manager and assistant manager, so I didn't even have to wait for him to put it out, he just gave it to me straight from the box. Awsome!! Unfortunately the manager didn't know what the cat ate, hence all these foods.

Unfortunately I didn't get the pbass to eat anything but feeders. But, they did bite the nightcrawler. Again, Awsome!!! I guess I am slowly getting there. Unfortunately my smallest pbass didn't eat as much as the other two.

Yesterday I put in a small peice of driftwood to help out with the ph. And I also raised the temperature of the heater, because the water was under 80 degrees.

I will post the water parameters later.

But I believe that I am slowly getting better at keeping them.

I want one. But on the other hand having three pbass is enough for me.

I want one but having three pbass is enough for now. I want to get some other fish first

Unfortunately one of my pbass committed suicide, while I was out of the house. I came back and noticed that there were only two in the tank and that one of them wasn't there. So I started searching for it and found it behind the stand. And, well it was pretty dry/dead. I noticed that it was acting pretty strange yesterday and especially today, but I didn't think it would jump out of the tank. So I'm pretty pissed off and am going to get another pbass to replace it tomorrow.

The only thing that I did different yesterday was that I added a small around 1" RTC. Today I added a similar size, about 1" TSN.

Water quality is pretty good, I'm about to check it soon.

So I just checked my water parameters:

PH: 7.2
Ammonia 8.0
Nitrate: 20
Nitrite: 5.0

So I don't think its too bad, the only thing that is different from a few days is the addition a peice of driftwood, and the water that came with the rtc and the water that came with the tsn.

Does the ammo-lock that you find at lfs work? Or ist it just like the who themporary PH change things.

Yeh I know, I was hoping to get another one from my Petland, but when I went to see the pbass, it looked like it was starting to get ick. In no way, am I going to introduce that to my tank.

So fortunately, I may email Jeff Rapps to get me so piquiti. Will one of those be able to live with my other two peacocks. I'm not surew what I have.

The best descriptions:

The bigger pbass is pretty much a dull green. It has three vertical (up and down) stripes on its body, These stripes usually fade and get draker depending on mood.

The smaller pbass is pretty much the same as the first. But it has gold spangling on its body.
