Would you charge the obese man or make him leave the plane?

Don't even know what an "illegal bus" is loll.
I could be wrong but it sounds like what is known here as a dragon bus.
In Chinatown in this city there is a Greyhound bus station and just down the street is a rather dubious outfit that caters mostly to Chinese travellers going back and forth to New York. The buses that are used supposedly are not up industry standards in terms of safety and being well maintained.

If you ride illegal buses this is a joke. I've ridden with a box of frozen meat on my lap because the driver was making side cash hauling cargo, on a folding chair in the aisle of a school bus, even on the fender bump of an E350 (aka old Ford 12 passenger van) with luggage piled on me. Seriously you're complaining about a fat guy?
May I please ask a few questions, because I've never heard if such a thing. :)

Firstly, what is an illegal bus and how does it differ from a normal bus?

Secondly, how do you get on an illegal bus, that is to ask, what is required of you to get from your house, to the seat on the illegal bus? Is it like a regular bus stop queuing system or is there more to it than that?

Does an illegal bus cost the same as a normal bus?

What makes an illegal bus illegal other than the obviousness that it somehow isn't legal?

Sorry if some of my questions are a bit odd, but I'm very curious about these illegal buses because I'm picturing a bus full of mafia looking guys smoking cigars which I'm almost certain isn't the case... :D

I'm almost certain it is what I described in my post

I don't care so much as long as the person next to me doesn't reek of b.o.!
Hello; Unfortunately obese folks often do have an odor. My relative who was obese simply could not reach every where to clean himself. Also showering was a big chore. Got him a stool to sit on as he got older.

I figured so as well... But I'm hoping so bad its my mafia theory and that they let the general public ride it to make some small change on the side... What a story for the grandkids! "I used to ride the bus with the mafia back when I was young, nice guys, nice guys..." :D

We shall see....looking forward to JH's reply.

Yeah, like a dragon bus. They are usually run by Hispanics, Jews, or Asians. They are usually not up to code, cash only, do not accept transit checks and are poorly run. Often, they do not have a website, and you need to call a hotline or get on a whatsapp chat to find the schedule, which may change from hour to hour, sometimes without updates, and very often is not in English. The buses usually leave from a gas station, grocery store, etc., rather then a bus stop/bus station. They also tend to be cheap, run routes regular buses don't run, or do illegal things for their customers (many Hasidic buses will have men on one side and women on the other, with a curtain in the aisle, stuff like that).

I think I should retract my earlier opinion about the airline though, because an expensive, professional, and legal service should be held to a higher standard.

Oki doki. Damn, I was really hoping my mafia theory was correct or at least somewhat on the right track... That'll teach me for having an imagination... :p

Edit: a question also... How the hell did you find these illegal buses? It seems like an odd thing to just 'stumble' across lol
