For what ever reason I though they were all ok except for the second one. At least the eye candy. Too bad Michelle Rodriguez wont be be in it, Im a sucker for her.

tokyo drift was like a bad Disney movie. How do you set a movie in japan and make all the speaking good character not japanese and make all the speaking villains japanese. Only other movie to so severally waste its setting was probably prince of Persia with not a single Persian or Arab actor in the film.

The first one was obviously the best... It was the only realistic one... The 4th one was fun to watch, but not realistic at all, starting with the first couple of seconds when he stops the car and the truck luckily bounces directly over him BS...
The last one was really entertaining, but again, not too realistic... It was funny however to watch the Rock fight Vin Diesel...

Fun fact, Tokyo drift is the last movie in the series... The asian kid dies in Tokyo Drift and then he's in this movie... and then at the end of Fast 5 he's talking about going on a trip pretty much around the world, ending in Tokyo...
Just something i picked up on, idk how well known it is :)

Also, the first movie is my favorite because they use crappy cars that they've fixed up (like real drag racers do...) these new movies they're using all ferrarris and **** like that... Get the F*** out of here, noone would risk trashing one of those... The black Civic they use at the end of the first ones looked so sick, because they were so basic...

What exactly was realistic about the first one? It was, in a sense that the cars had wheels. But the train part in the end? I do admit it was least over the top than the bridge jump and boat jump in the second. But I guess the least silly one is tokio drift, because there are no Duke of Hazzard stunts.

Also, the only Ferrari in one of these movies was the one in the first, and it was there for like 5 seconds, only to prove a point.

I think if you over think these movies it takes away all the fun, and there really is no point.

For example, the 4th movie and 5th movies supposedly happened before Tokio drift, yet there are GT-R's in both (new one), so this means that the 4th and 5th movie takes place somewhere between 2007-2011, and the 3rd after this period, but there are no cars like 370Z or GT-R in Tokio drift.

Anyway the practical reasons for this are obvious, but my point is, they shoul have thought of that before making them prequels.

Also fitting a Mustang with a RB24DETT is an abomination

I was dragged along with my friends to see this, didnt really enjoy it, the first and 2nd films were tolerable and i couldnt stand the last couple, they seemed to try and make it more action based with a lot of gun fights in this. Just couldnt enjoy it, couldnt sympathise or like the characters and way too unrealistic.

Tokyo Drift was the installment that I enjoyed the least and speaking of which,if it is the last movie in the series as someone stated, why were they released out of sequence?

Probably because they came up with the plot as they went, I mean, they probably didnt plan to make this many, but since they were making truckloads of cash, they just went for it.

Also because most people hated the characters from Tokio drift, so in order to keep the truckloads of money coming in, they decided to bring back the original characters, and they needed to explain why Vin diesel knew the Japanese guy, since he was in the end of TD.

I thought of this as well, but at the end of "Fast & Furious" Hahn says "I hear they're doing some crazy s**t in Tokyo" , so that leads me too believe that he went straight to Tokyo then, and if he didn't where is he until he goes to Tokyo? Also, what happens to his hot*** girlfriend that he is about to travel the world with? Lol I think they are attempting to tie all of them together but they are mixing up some details that only hardcore fans would catch. Still love them all, but you really have to be into cars and the racing scene to look past all the non-realistic BS that they pull and just enjoy the fast cars and action. IMO most movie series always start out with the 1st movie being the best, but in this series I like the 1st a lot but honestly think Fast Five was the best because I am also a sucker for some good action and suspense. So IMO I LOVED THIS MOVIE.

Who knows, why was Star Wars released out of sequence?
They could have ran out of ideas to continue the current story, Tokyo Drift was released when the "Drifting Scene" was getting big, so they prolly saw a potential money maker and went for it.

Funny how some people over-rate american cars. Big metal boxes that can't turn a corner to save the drivers life!
I'm a Jdm fan here! U know the 'cans' in the back. Japs just do it way better! I mean 300hp from a 2. Liter engine? Mustangs need over 3000cc! ;) btw to the person who rated 'souped up Japanese cars' as ricers, theyr called tuners! Ricers just dnt know what the h theyr doing!

Careful, I have a pair of Mustangs that will out corner 99% of the imports on the track. And to be extra fair, one's a 600 hp V6 - no big cubic inch motor to hide behind. In fact it's the old school low tech pushrods to boot. :D

You're joking right? A 10 second Eclipse with a body kit and neons is real?

Apparently you've never been to see a REAL race. You don't pass tech with a POS. You do pass tech inspections with well put together machines. I am at a race a week (at least), and see all sorts of $100,000 - 200,000 cars out there getting pushed to the limits. What you don't see (or at least see going fast) are Civics with body kits, dead weight wheels, stickers and loud exhaust.
