Is there any point in using a bigger tank for breeding? Say a 40 breeder?
More room is always appreciated, especially when dealing with large numbers of fish. It all depends on your availability of space. Right now I have about 150 guppy fry and roughly a dozen adults swimming in a 20 gal. So I'm always doing a water change but looking at another tank for the fry to grow out. So maybe 2 20's rather than a 40 if you have the space.
