fish do eat land animals tho.. at times anyways

I'm sure 1 out of every 10,000 adult predatory fish has even tasted a mammal or bird in their life (in the wild of course.) But do they do it as their main source of sustenance? -NO! Fish do not eat mammals or birds on a regular, much less often basis. The truth is is that it is not good or healthy for them. I do not even suggest every once in a while. It just isn't what they are supposed to be eating for them to be healthy.

the main part of most smaller fish`s diets is insects, and larger fresh water fish have access to avian flesh on a regular basis-water fowl in the water and other birds that nest in trees along river banks (the young regularly end up in rivers) also aquatic reptiles and various amphibians will be taken by larger preds, water voles rats ect.
I can accept though that cows and pigs will be low on the list although even very small fish would feed on a carcass given the chance.
Much less natural is to feed preds dry foods with ingredients like rice meal, gluten, wheat meal, soya ect-read those labels.

Which are all still healthier than mammalian or avian flesh/fat... Fish are opportunistic feeders and will eat when the time comes, you are their opportunity so why don't you choose what to feed them that is healthy.

Also, reread my post and see that I state that it RARELY happens, and yes, they eat insects, but insects don't have feathers or fur do they?

would beef heart trimmed of the fat be ok?
a bit of everything that is not artificial (hot dogs etc) now and again is fine as long as the fish takes it.
most people who feed beef heart feed it minced (often to discus-so that it fits small mouth sizes) this is better for digestion but with larger fish is more likely to lead to tank pollution as it splits into particles that are too small for the fish to bother with.
In almost all cases it is best to feed the greatest variety possible (there will of-course be some very specialist feeders out there that have adapted totally to a restricted food range in nature but i cant think of any cats that fall into this).
there appear to some members on site who think fresh water fish have access to the same range of food as deep water sea fish = almost all other fish, but this is not the case, crustaceans, amphibians, reptiles and birds all form a regular part of larger fresh water preds diets in nature.
if you would like further guidance on this check out wild life programs on TV,quality literature eg "aqua log" series and maybe search on line for arowana feeding advice as aro owners (and stingray keepers) seem to be generally more knowledgeable than many cat keepers.;)

Really you have bull sharks... Seriously... I HIGHLY doubt they are bull sharks and if they are, they are larger than 14" when born and need LARGE swimming spaces as a 55 gallon wouldn't keep them alive for very long as they cannot stop swimming. And you need to upgrade very soon as ALL of your fish will outgrow your extremely small tanks.
