I crash at the K-Pg
When I kept LMB back in the stone age, I found them to be swimming trash cans that would attempt to eat anything I put in the tank. Live fish, fillets, pellets, fingers, part of a PB&J my nephew threw in one time, etc. They'd eat themselves silly and then eat some more.

I found the best bet was to feed some sort of floating pellet that would expand to fill their belly, such as carnisticks. It gave good growth while not super gut packing the fish to keep them from gorging too bad. Feed every day or every other day until they've got a good belly bump, and let it go down before feeding again. When they're young, feedings will be fairly frequent; but once they're grown, the frequency of feedings will go down.
