Starve him...bump up the temperature to 83-86 degrees. Let him starve for 2 days and 2 nights. Try it afterward, if it won't eat still. Feed him what he eats and starve him again, but this time make it 3 days and 3 nights. It should start making eat...never give a flowerhorn on how they want. Treat them as a dog, a stubborn flowerhorn is no good.

1. Stop feeding all other foods. Your fish isn't going to convert to pellets if it doesn't have to.

2. Pre-soak your pellets in bloodworm juice, and eventually it will figure it out. Once it begins eating the pre-soaked pellets consistently, stop pre-soaking them.

Increased temp can also help as it will increase the fishes metabolism.

Did you by chance buy your FH at BA's in Edmonton?

grrr he is still not eating pellets, anymore tips. I tried soaking the pellets in the blood worm juices along with soaking them in garlic, nothing.......

Just keeping feeding the BW soaked pellets once a day, it may take several days for him to come around. Patience grasshopper. :)
