fh w/ broken back?

he tries to flip up but just uses side front fins , did see him use his back tail but not much at all,sorry about the pic size
the only thing I can think of is I did use a bit of metro in frozen bloodworms ,( I had my baby texan x escondido with a bit of string poo ) just in case but his mate is fine so I just dont know, hes a hell of a fish, loves to get tough with you when you shake your head at him ,but its been two days and no change ,doesnt seem to be in pain ,no thrashing or any thing ,just stuck there
in reading one of RD's posts about metro I may have inadvertently hurt my fh with organ damage maybe I'll try the epsom salt treatment from now on or parasite clear
when i had an oscar that had similar problem we did a small water change, added a little salt and held her upright for 2 hours untill she could stay upright. I dont know why but it worked.
