Just bought a house, love it but there's no place in the living room for a big tank, so decided going to do a nice 75 gallon show tank and then keep bigger tanks in the basement where I can setup DIY sumps.
This tank is going to be in the living room, going to do an overstocked African Tropheus tank (20-24 adults) so I need it to be powerful, but can't be over the top where it's blowing away the stock. Also since it's more of a show tank having the ability to use the Hydor In Line heaters is a plus (as I want as little equipment showing as possible). Noise is also a factor, would like to keep it as silent as possible.
Price range would like to stay around $200 and it has to be available via Amazon Prime (I live out in the corn fields, shipping KILLS me if I don't go Prime). I'm not opposed to going with something like an FX6 if this is truly the route to go and will have to show off the heater.
So with those conditions in mind, what's the best route to go here?
