i went from a 50 gallon to a 1077 gallon

that is a big jump... wish i had the money and room a tank like that..

i would have to say go for a big wet dry. what are you plannin on putting in the tank?

Get those fibreglass sump filters for ponds... they get very large and one needed to filter your tank size would be considered tiny compared to those they use to filter large ponds.

How big of a sump would you need for it? Are you thinking of getting those 300 gallon tubs? That would make it less expensive, but I was aiming for the "quietness".
