Just wondering if you checked Aquascape during your search? They seem to be the go to place for pirahana.

I did. I used to always consider them the go-to place, but their prices have skyrocketed. I paid around 1/4 of what they're asking for a 4-5" manueli currently on their website. That's honestly why I stopped looking for one in the first place - I thought they were just super expensive all over the place due to Brazil's export laws. I've now seen a few other vendors with similar pricing to what I found mine for, so that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
It’s hard to see a difference when I see him every day, but looking at the first pic and these new ones, I’m pretty excited at his growth so far.
He went on a bit of a hunger strike for a few weeks, but he’s taken shrimp the past 3 days in a row. I think he’ll get back on track now.

Nice man! Hes looking good!.... how much growth have you seen? 1/4-1/2inch maybe?
Yeah, I'd say close to a half inch. He's definitely filled out quite a bit as well.
Since shark aquarium closed they increased their prices , but there is no other store for piranhas around . Been asking few lfs but none of them could get any piranhas ( legal in my state)
