That heckelii shot is amazing.

Agreed.

Your normal shots are always amazing ... but that camera does take it up a notch.

Thanks for all the great comments guys.

what kind of lighting do you have on your tank?

how do they do with plants?

The fish are fine with plants, even my Severum. Unfortunately having a 28" deep tank without Halides means that I cannot keep much in there. Amazon swords simply don't grow with a 12 hour/day exposure so they're all out in my other tank.

As the Eartheaters get larger they'll start rearranging the substrate as they wish, they already do to an extent, but 9"+ excavators will mean plants don't stay rooted for long.

May need to employ your imagination for a full tank shot, unfortunately I don't have a wide enough lens to capture the whole tank :p

That's all the decor that's in there, a couple of tangling pieces of driftwood.

Mr. Chocolate.

Better shots of my bigger boys. Actually took some photos of my Severum, hard fish to photograph, and neither of mine are showing fantastic colour in the photos, they're usually much more olive with vibrant blue fluorescence on the operculum.
