Finally got my grubby mitts back onto a DSLR

my chocolate has started to become a bully too. he is currently the largest cichlid in the tank but my largest psittacus is quickly catching up to him. he chases anyone out from the driftwood where he likes to chill. my psittacus are starting to show a little more split fins b/c of him. if it keeps up i may get rid of him

I've heard of others having mean chocolates, but I think they are normally about like a severum or maybe even slightly less aggressive. Mine used to lip lock with one of my severums a little, but would run like a chicken from everything else. He started getting beat up so I moved it in a 60g with only some geo's and he shows zero aggression. Every fish is a little different though.

I wouldn't call mine mean in that he doesn't actually do any damage to anybody, but he's a pig more than anything, and a chaser. And he's bigger than everybody else, so when he chases, they flee. Well, my gar's bigger, but they ignore each other totally.
