There is always a way to do what you want. As for the overflows without drilling, yes you can do that.

I hope the temperature is not too cold for u.

Boom.

Here is a start to get your feet wet.

That's actually a cool setup. Ya if I do go with a overflow sump system my ideas would be a 90gallon sump and still use at least 2 FX5's for backup filtration. I'd probabely ditch the AC110s and save them for future tank setups. Also yes it's getting COLD again here in Calgary....

get those dimensions up!

I know...Even I'm getting impatient on waiting to set this monster up:nilly: I can't do anything yet til I pick up a slab of styrofoam and 3/4" plywood to place it in between the tank and stand because without it if my floor is uneven and once I fill up the tank "SNAP" there goes the bottom piece glass. With these large size tanks and heavy water weight it is possible for it to break so I rather do it right and safe then be sorry. I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner :duh: as I don't want to lose my tank on the first day of filling it up:eek:. I will be picking up these items tomorrow from Home Depot and will be moving the tank to it's original place in a few days. After all thats done I'll set it up;)
