what kind of cheap car would you guys recommend i look at building into my dream car, that sounds awesome

Out of interest, what age can you start driving in America? How does the license system work? In NZ you can start driving at 15 with a learners license, hold that for 6 months, then you can get your restricted license. Hold that for 18 months OR do a defensive driving course and you only have to do 12 months before getting your full license. We are the youngest driving nation in the world and most people can obtain their full license by the age of 17.

you can take a course and get it at 16, you'd have to have a permit to practice driving. otherwise you wait til you're 18 and just pass a written and a practice drive. So 16 at the earliest here through driver ed's class. Driver's ed is offered through some high schools too

Let me tell you something. Everyone has one, but you just got to make your stand out . Rays racing wheels, nismo body kit, and a whole other bunch of upgrades! (OMG). If you dont want to spend more than $4000+ on a car then dont get a G35 or 350Z. Parts are expensive.

Well, 2000-2004 mustangs are cheap now and are very easy to get good power out of. Plus they look cool and you can get a really great sound system for relatively cheap.

My mom told me not to get a nice car for my first one cause most likely it would get wrecked. But since you seem to be doing good on money 30k shouldn't be a problem.
