i think for me i would get the all time sleeper.. a toyota cressida, strait 6, only comes with an automatic trans. but it's the exact same engine as the toyota supra that comes with a NICE 6 speed manual trans.
you could have a comfortable crusin' car that will beat most anything on the road, and it's considered a family sedan so the insurance would be less expensive.
and to answer the guy in NZ.. in MOST states in the US we get our learner's permits at 15.5 years, and a limited license (no other teenagers, and not driving after a certain time at night) at 16 for a year. then it becomes a full license. but we still have states that the driving age is younger and there are no limited licenses.

). If you dont want to spend more than $4000+ on a car then dont get a G35 or 350Z. Parts are expensive.
