First group of Discus.. some advice

Yes they come from rivers that discharge 100,000+ gallons per second into the ocean. You really think the bb has problems there? They come from places that get a constant supply of fresh water. Not recycled water.
Haha I should find the pics of my 1st discus when I thought that high water quality was good water parameters. I had some nice BIG dozer of 3.5-4" discus lol.

Totally forgot about the rivers being constantly replenished from the mountains LOL

Now this is what I get from proper care.

Nice looking fish.

everyone has different taste and his is stingray..., not discus. He is adding discus to his tank more likely to decoration. So he has different expectation from discus. others really into discus and breeding them so you have different expectaions.

Nicely put. I am catching on though. My fuji red (LFS name) is very appealing. I just don't know about doing the daily WC thing. Thinking it may be best to sell these guys and switch to a fish that works good for a tank filler and won't bother my rays. IDK what yet have been doing some reading. We will see how these guys do. They seem to be eating well and acting normal so far lol
