What interests you? Sounds like you have several sporting rifles. Why not look at some old mil-surps?

If you want to spend more, "evil black rifles" like AKs and ARs have dropped significantly in price the last month or so. Many great deals are out there right now if you are interested in going that route.

agreed. my "evil" guns are definitely my favs of my rifles.

i lubs my black rifles

yeah im looking at some evil black rifles found a ruger 223 semi-auto pretty nice actually i want a 223 for pig i know they arent really made for pig hunting but i want somthing semi-auto low recoil and accurate so i can have multiple shots also the ammo is kind of cheap

Here are two other great choices.

This is an AK-74 clone. I like the 74s because they are MUCH cheaper to shoot (at the moment) and have very little recoil. You can get mags for about $13ea and ammo for about $150 for 1082 rounds of mil surp goodness. The only problem is, there is only FMJ and perhaps HP commercial ammo available. If you can hunt hogs with FMJ them it will be good to go.

Here is my Bulgarian AKS-74

Another rifle that is a GREAT buy is this little Hungarian AMD-63/5. These come with the real Hungarian FEG receiver. The only down side is that they have no optics rail so you cant mount a traditional AK optic.

that's a very nice gun. I managed to buy a new in box Hungarian FEG preban Ak many years ago. The fit and finish of the rifle is top notch. I don't know how the market is now but back at that time the Hungarian and Chinese Polytec were the most sought after. I would definately recommend the Hugarian AMD

i dont have any black rifles are these that have been mentioned accurate like 1inch groups or under at 100 yards

Not hardly. The AK platform is not built with the tolerances of a precision rifle. This gives up a bit of accuracy for reliability. Your average AK is a 4-5MOA rifle. Some AK-74s can shoot around 2MOA.

If you want small groups and an EBR, you can build a nice AR with a varmit barrel or you can go with a good G3 clone like the JLD PTR91 in .308. Both will run you over $1,000 if that is something you are looking to do.

Another interesting option is the Romanian PSL. These are about 2MOA rifles though some people report groups in the 1MOA range with handloads. These are baisically giant AKs chambered in the powerful, plentiful, and cheap 7.62x54r cartridge.

i like the second option better but still the 7.62X54 is about a 150 grain bullet very close to 30-06 i have a semi-auto 30-06 with a 15 round mag you know a crapload about these black rifles were you in the army or what ?
