You might as well follow the directions and complete the treatment at this point.

Don't resign yourself to that. You paid for a quality fish and if you don't get it you have a reason to be upset. The thing is I think we all take a risk when we accept shipped fish and if this is the worst shipping experience you have then you are a blessed. If the fish doesn't live you should be compensated, and the meds you bought didn't really go to waste. Hang in there buddy, it's a bad first experience but I'm confident they would make good on it.
Your right. It could have arrived dead and I'd be out 80 bucks right there. Or they could give me store credit and never honor it. (Read on another forum, dude has store credit but they screw him every time he uses it). But in not here to burn down a business. Healthy fish= happy me and nothing else to say about it.

Thanks. They told me I could increase to the full dose of the fish tolerates it but I think I might just stick with half a dose if it is working?

I see no reason to strengthen the dose as long as the fish seems to be healing and not getting worse.

I understand why you are upset, but if these things are your concern you should drop the money and ask for a quarentine period. I don't mean to defend them but they have a solid past tense reputation. I think your attitude is too negative or dismissive, seemingly at least your apathetic tone sounds that way. I don't know much about fish but I haven't seen anything lethal, and if your fish makes a speedy recovery I think it's a decent experience.

On the fish side of the experience yes... Which is the most important aspect. Customer service not so much but I'm over it and thank you for the psychology lesson.

I guess it was more of an evaluation vs lesson. And I don't want to stir anything up but apethetic just doesn't seem to fit.

Thank you everyone for your help, support, knowledge, wisdom, advice, time, honesty, feedback. I'll post some pictures when the fish is 100%!

Sorry man I need to stop being a dick. I'll practice thinking before I speak. Thanks for your help.
