Now that would be an amazing experience!
It might just end up on my “future” list. One of these days I’ll dive into saltwater.
If you decide to do it let me know?

I saw a group of 100 for $125I saw them the other day at my lfs. I was almost ready to start a reef tank when I saw them, since one of my best friends is trying to get me into it. Then I saw they were $125 each for 4-5” specimens, and I suddenly remembered why I don’t look too closely at the reef sections.
For a monster fish keeper I'd say a parachromis cichlid (maganeuse, dovii, Aztec, jaguar, etc.), some sort of arowana, some sort of large catfish, and some sort of bassFor a monster fish keeper I'd say the must haves are: jag /Cuban cichlid, bluegill, spotted gar and oscar.
For beginners: killifish, hardy barbs such as cherry barbs, white clouds, guppies
My offer for a free tank still stands when you're ready.i agree, i owned goldfish as a child but never knew much which unfortunately lead to their early demise
i haven't owned any fish since then as i am afraid i'm just not ready for it yet. I've researched and have some friends that are really great keepers that answer my every question, but i dont know if its time yet. They are just like any other animal and deserve a happy, and comfortable life
