Fish in transit for to long

I let the bag float for 5-10 min and dumped him right in. He is going between laying on his back and twitching to frantically swimming all over sideways / upside down. Not looking good.

I told the guy to refund my money instead of sending a replacement. This size is the second issue with this transaction. I just don't trust him.

I agree with the size issue. It's one thing be off by 2", not 6".

He's in my 125g and it doesn't even stretch across the width (18"), It's at least 2-4" shorter.

Well it stopped next to the front glass.. looks like it's 16.5". Hardly 20"+ but if he were to pull through I'd be happy with that size.

I 'm hoping he pulls through. I would add some prime and a touch of salt to the tank asap to help a bit

So you got to enjoy your fish for about an hour before he passed? That sucks. Maybe go through a different supplier that will actually ship one over night that IS actually over 20 inches...and its stories like these that i have yet to purchase a fish online. I am scared it would die in transit.
