I sell on ebay and do the same thing. Free shipping but if you return the item you subtract the actual shipping costs. Ebay kind of forces you into free shipping now days so this is what you have to do. I completely understood where he was coming from there, however since he did not ship it the way that was stated up front he was at fault and it should have been refunded.

Anyway, like I said he did refund the full price so I'll give him a little bit of credit for that.

+1 I would print out copies of his ad post just incase they put up a fight but if they stated shipping is free there should be a 100% refund.
