That much prime can kill fish just as fast as bleach. 5 times the recommended dosage is the maximum level that is safe.

You cannot use pure bleach it is too harsh, and will leave a residue that lingers for several minutes. For bleach dips, 1 part bleach to 19 parts water.
 
Hi,what ever the case is I dont recommend using bleach, even in low concetrated solutions,it never gets totally rinsed out

Bleach dip solution is a very good solution to BBA.
