Fish that gain $$$$$ with age/growth

we all forgot the biggest one of all... FLOWERHORN!!! I saw one for $1000, the thing was ridiculus big and beautiful
 
lots of exotic plecs gain a lot of worth as they grow... specifically, green and blue phantoms, snowballs, and Pseudacanthicus sp. come to mind...

pbass
loaches
dats
rays
koi
 
I just thought of one. Raphael catfish. They grow pretty slow and worth a bit when their 9+ inches. Which by then their 6+ years old easily.
