Nope I don't eat them even though I heard they are excellent but, a lot of people do.. It's kinda funny that pbass are the only regulated exotic in Florida cause they released them.. Limit is 2 per day with only one over 17"

Awesome coloration on those wild fish

Well the locals(Cubans and Mexicans) eat every Midas and Mayan they catch! The fish and game encourages eating all you catch.
