  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I think he si saying that you are using thick rods. I personally like finesse rods more fun on the little ones and alot of fun on the big ones.

Contest update-Im up 20-12 :headbang2

Today the first spot of the day was in Tabernacle,NJ (super far). The water was kinda muddy but we still decided to put the boat on it cause we had came so far. Big bruh banged a little bass soon as we got there. Alittle after that we where fishing the shore line and big bruh threw his spinner bait and something ran off, so i followed his cast in the same spot with a 10" u-tail and bam a decent 14"er hopped right on it. Shortly after i banged two small ones on the buzzy. We founded a channel that fed the the lake(pic) but it didnt have anyfish in it. We got bored and packed it to so that we could go some where else. This was the first time we had fished this lake. It was very shallow throughout the whole lake, it had a nice amount of lilly pads tho. The lake shows some potential but i dont think its worth the long ride.

Second spot is one we have fished from the shore a couple of times, we chose the lake cause since its man made its never muddy. It is located in Willingboro,NJ. When we arrived i seen that it was going to be a hassle launching the boat and i was totally against it, cause we can go rite up the street to another lake that has a boat ramp. Big bruh said man lets just try it :irked: so i said forget it. Well as everybody should know ALWAYS follow your instinct. So i back the truck up and the tires get stuck in the sand :irked:. Some somebody had to pull my truck out and at that point we hadnt released the boat yet, again i say "man forget this spot" big bruh replies by saying we'll a be ok :irked: . So we release the boat and start fishing around 3:30. This body of water isnt that big but its kinda deep, so my wire baits are useless cause the fish arent holding close to the shore line. I then go into my bag of tricks and tie on 10" u-tail with a 1/4oz bullet weight. On my third cast i was letting it drop to the bottom and BAM a nice two pounder inhaled it before it hit the bottom :headbang2. I went hours before i seen any action. Big bruh banged a small trout on a crank bait and a small bass on a plastic worm. Rite before we left i was able to get another bass but this time it was on a sezy shad lipless crank bait. When we reach the shore i go and back the trailor up and what do you know we get stuck again :irked::irked:. Once again we had to be towed out :irked:.

We didnt have a great day but i still enjoyed it

Pics from todays events, my female RT is starting to look great :headbang2

AIR TEMP-H-58/L-43 WINDY-VERY WINDY

SPOTS FISHED-1

TIME FISHED-4.75 HRS

FISH LANDED-5 :irked:

MAN!!! It was windy as **** today. It made fishing extremely hard :irked:. I started fishing around 12:45. This spot is a new one for me, i used to pass it on the way to my spot in Freehold. I never knew it was accessible. I couldnt take the boat with trailor out to this spot so i used the old lunker today. I had two quick blow ups on the buzzy rite off the back but just little ones feeling like big boys ;) and a small CP ran down on the 10' worm. Thats all was poping for a long time. The wind would gust up to 18 MPH so i had to either anchor or move the boat every second :irked:. Casting was a hassle, so mixed with all that and the fish not bitting i wasnt a happy camper today. I stayed focused and the first fish of the day came on a spinner bait. Second little guy came on the buzzy. The next two came on a rubber worm. I had to by somewhere by 7:30 so i gave up at 5:30. As i was packing up I throught to myself just one more cast with each pole(3). Threw the rattle trap nothing, rubber worm nothing so with just one pole to go i picked up the pole up with the white spinner bait on it. Soon as it hit the water a small CP jumped rite on it. I finished packing up and quit for today.

A very slow day but seeing what condtions were like today, it could of been worst. I was definitely thinking i was going to get shunked.
