Got my first Redfish today. 27" 6.5lbs My brother got one a 1/2" shorter and I got a decent croker, a catfish, and something neither one of us could ID.

today went another go at bass fishing, didnt catch any lost two on the reel. only fish for 1 1/2 hour after work untill it got dark. was very upset.
Nice fish cichlid fiend, I have a nearby pond that I bust topwater bass on. I'll show you my pb largemouth, not trying to derail your thread, just though I'd show you it.

I caught several small walleye, lost two nice ones. One walleye over 28 inchs was caught down there today.
I went out to the spot not too far from the house, and it was a very good day. Except for the one that I hooked but shook loose. I will not over inflate the story, but it was a good 6+ pounder. As you can imagine, I was kind of pissed, but we will meet again, and I will get my hands on her, take a picture and let her swim back to the depths from where she came

Yes I am. I've never fished with plastic worms before last week, I've always been either a live bait or a hard bait user. Now that I've discovered Senkos, I will always keep some on hand. Heck, I might even purchase some molds and start making them myself
