Great stuff "Tequila" and yeah black crappie get much larger then white crappie. I don't keep bass but I sure will keep the crappie, them and yellow perch are the best tasting freshwater fish to eat.

Ive always heard whites are tend to be bigger most 5+ pound crappies I can think of are whites.

This time ur wrong sir. Look at any states record youll quickly see that the black crappie wins everytime

Haha went yestereday they were draining the lake due to recent rains and flooding the water pressure was getting to great and the dam was leaking. But got out done by my friend he caught a bass and warmouth and i caught one bass.
