thanks buddy! you are always slaying them with your report! i love reading your post and sorry to hear that the season is coming to a close. Where im at.. the LMB bite has been off. But the striped bass & sturgeon bites are just starting. What do you usually fish in winter?
 
Tequila, I am thinking you are likely talking about a grass carp based on the ponds and lakes you've been fishing. They are legal to handle but must be released. Love to see pics. Maybe snook or tarpon and same goes for those. Looks like you are having an awesome trip.
