You would be mistaking. I will not kill it on principle alone. I would toss it back immediately and deal with the consequences. If the conservation wishes to kill his fish, then he's welcome to do so. I hardly see why you are wanting to argue with people. Go fish and relieve some of the tension you have built up. I think its wrong, you think its illegal, it doesnt matter. Conduct yourself however you wish, just as I will do and everyone will live with the consequences of their actions. That is something that I am infinitely ok with.

Most likely not, I'd rather educate the warden than kill a fish (especially a harmless snakehead) for no reason. But hey its my choice.
On other side, I just got an internship today!!!!! Will start to working with the DNR Fisheries this Wed!
Going to be catching a twelve hour trip on the Scat Cat June 13th at six am if any mfk'ers are interested pm me ill be going down to Port Aransas later in the day on the 11th would love to meet some of the locals many get a few beers or something Lol

well this is pointless, i release my invasives. said and done.
took the boat out yesterday, dad wanted more fish for the fish fry. Kept 10 cats between 2-4lbs, biggest caught was 7.5 though. I also got some sunburn, ouch.
Summer classes start in 2.5 hours. Ugh, fishing season postponed.

Let's not turn this thread into the same argument that comes up every time a snakehead is mentioned!!!! I'm about to board a plane to jacksonville, Florida. Hopefully I can squeezing some fishing in the trip Haha.
