I OBEY all of my states regulations. My buddy asked me if I wanted to take his 5 redfish home w/ me and I refused to even drive w/ them. I know some states have strict regulations, but ours are pretty liberal and trust me there are no shortages of fish. We fish in other states and ALWAYS obey there laws too. I have an app on my phone for every state and species.

Those are very liberal. I went out on a boat with a friend and we caught at least six in a couple hours. Had to release all but two but the slot snook and snapper made up for it.

Decker my response to the picture wasn't meant to accuse you of any wrongdoing, just growing up in a state where the limit has and probably always will be one fish per person in the slot seeing a pile of reds isn't an everyday occurance
 
I'm going to go see how my pond is tommorow. Its been under 32 degrees in ny for about two weeks now off and on so my pond should be thick enough to walk on. Last year I walked on it when it was like 2 1/2 inches maybe less and I was nervous but didn't fall through. But if the ice is 3" I will probably go ice fishing tommorow. It will probably be thicker because I saw a utv driving across a lake before today and the guys in it didn't fall through. If its thick enough I might even clear all the ice off and make myself a hockey rink which I wasn't able to do the last two years because it wasn't thick enough. Anyways wish me luck for tommorow.

I went ice fishing yesterday and I didn't catch anything using a few jigs but ill be using my pond as a hockey rink next weekend so I won't be ice fishing next weekend. I will ice fish on the opposite side of the pond to go fishing

I'm about sore as hell today.. caught 6 sharks between 100-200lbs yesterday to go with some reef donkey action!

And now I'm without a fishing buddy again. Went fishing on the full moon with some night bobbers and shiners at the lake he lives on with his jon boat. He thought it would be a great idea to get hammered before hand so that he was putting his head between his legs and then gave up after 45 minutes. Took my bait bucket running and locked it in his shed and would not allow me to keep fishing. With the shiners I had bought too.
 
Stud BSB you got there NCSF! What kind of rod/reel you using for jigging?

I love highspeed jigging for AJs about once or twice a year. I dont like eating them too much so back they go but they can make a crappy day offshore better if nothing else is biting.

We finally got a weather window last week and go out to smash some Scamp grouper, I managed this stud along with several other average keepers.
