I know them both they are heavy weight body builder's I do mens physique and the only difference is the amount of drugs one is willing to pump into ones body thats it no special magic or work ethic and my hole point in dropping my stats and profession was to just point out that fish lovers come in every profession age group size or class there is no stereotyping have you ever watched the show tanked and see how many celebrities love fish tanks.

There used to be a show on VH1 called Tool Academy. Where you on there?

No I wasnt, like I said wasnt trying come off as a jerk but obviously that is how I presented my self and my apologies. There are only four "fs" that apply to my life, my Faith, my Family, my Fish and my fitness and in that order so once again I'm not a tool it was just a bad joke nothing more nothing less I will say no more.

bro im just giving you a hard time lol relax, I know they ride them cycles for the bodies they got haha. 230 and doing physique? jesus mary joseph thats big haha.

And believe it or not they dont do much steroids its mostly human growth hormones and synthol

Yes it is but there has never been and never will be a professional lifter on a professional stage thats natural sad but true.

I can't believe the bodybuilder topic got thrown into this. I'm an ex-competitive bodybuilder (not physique). I did it for 4 years. Now I just workout to stay in shape. That's the reason my name is "Big Jay" I currently am 230 lbs and pretty much stay at that year round. Anyway, that's besides the point.

My take on it is this: You should/shouldn't do anything for anyone but yourself.

Bodybuilding, fish keeping, comic books, whatever. Own who you are and don't be afraid of it. I am as eclectic as they come:

- Offshore fisherman
- Hunter
- Licensed captain
- Fishkeeper
- Diver
- Bodybuilder (no longer compete)
- Work as a financial advisor

People tell me all the time I am one of the most interesting people they've met. I'm not in the clubs at a VIP table dancing on couches, or taking shirtless selfies on instagram, or trying to hangout with the "cool crowd."

Never do something to get girls, or to be popular, etc. You'll see that when you get older people don't care as much about being "popular." They appreciate who you are as a person.

You guys are way off the mark about the steroid thing. I'm not going to get into it but:

- Yes they use them.
- No they don't take what/as much as you think
- #1 most important thing is genetics
- Without the diet and consistency in their lifestyle and training, they wouldn't be anywhere near where they are...even with the drugs

I know because I write contest prep diets/plans for competitive bodybuilders on the side. I've even worked with IFBB pros.

Agreed way off topic I agree diet is key steroids are minimal HGH Is high insulin is high and synthol maintained.
