I believe pictures speak a thousand words

Initial diet was bloodworms and hikari bio gold plus. Added okiko head up for 2 weeks and this was the result.

Have grand sumo but have not tried yet

Try okiko platinum head huncher and color enhancer .. u will get better result than this

I always thought these were comical. Especially with hybrids. The food progression photos are a laugh. Heres my fish when he was small and undeveloped. Here he is a few months later, the food did it!
A feed test with 2 pure adult fish I could understand.

Genes do play a good part on flowerhorn being a show quality. Atleast 60 genes play a role then the rest will be water quality, grooming and staple food.
