SIMPLE ANSWER, YES!. If small terrestrial animals fall into the water, however that maybe, a fish that is predatory and large enough will eat it.
As for the baby comment.......are you serious?
Keep this realistic and within the scope of what is happening in the guys video. It is a PINKY, not a baby, not a dog, not a full grown man, not god, not jesus, not you, not me, not anything outside of what is considered food.
Oh and second, if a small baby falls into natural waters and a large enough Catfish or a school of dorado and P's, the way the would move in the water, helpless and seeming hurt, I do think fish would consider them food, you can't instill morals in a fish so why make stupid comments. Please, in the future, dont.
its likely a small child could be on vacation and fall into the water and eaten by fish... but its ok.. its considered food.
