I read the forums on treating with 3% epsom salt soln, ive made it already and yesterday i dosed my fish one time. How many days should i repeat? Should i only use this or can i try adding metro too? If yes then how do i not overdose? If this were my fish, and I lived somewhere that didn't give me many options for quickly getting medications, I would try using Epsom Salt and distilled water. This mix needs to be injected into his stomach via a blunt tip syringe through his mouth. If you are wondering how to do this you can YouTube "CZ Clear Flowerhorn" and watch how it is done. I will be honest with you and tell you it is stressful the first time you do this with a fish but it may be the only way to save your fish. I have done this with CZ Clear for severe cases and with Epsom Salt for mild stomach issues with great life saving results.
Can cross-tank contamination occur?

And for Coryloach,
Im sorry but you got mixed up with my other fishes post. The other sick fish is eating fine now and hopefully recovering. This is my new Kamfa and hasnt eaten a single pellet since i got him. Can cross-tank contamination occur? Cause i did use the same net i used in the other sick fishes tank...
I have tried giving him shrimp too. He doesnt seem to care abt the food , just ignores them and tries to bite me if i get near. Today i saw the same type of poop floating around, clear white like a thread attached to a lump of white poop.Cross tank contamination is a real possibility when using the same nets, as a general policy (even with healthy fish) so personally I always use separate nets on all tanks -- I'd suggest to clean the one you have with some bleach/water mix and get another net or two.
Glad to hear the other fish is eating. With the Kamfa have you tried anything besides pellets or did I miss this in another post?
Repeat this dose for 5-10 days. Do not offer any food during these first 5 days. Do daily water changes and look to see if his feces are looking more clear in appearance and less white with white bubbles. After day 5 you can try to offer your fish pellets. If he eats that is great. If he doesn't eat on day 5 then continue treatment up to day 10. Then offer pellets again. If he doesn't eat that this point you need to try a stronger medication.I read the forums on treating with 3% epsom salt soln, ive made it already and yesterday i dosed my fish one time.
