No this was offered to me for 1400,I didn't buy because it has grown a bit,I wanted a small one for me to grow,and next I didn't like its face much..
 
And also the tail is grown very long,I asked him he told its fan tail..

And the fish you shown in photo is good too..but I would purchase both when I have more tanks.. lol!
1300 is not the high price for the fella you got.. and seeing them grow if the fun part for sure.
I've had purchased in 1250 Rs. but he turned completely white and was fading, before he finished the fading he was died.. poor guy.. Anyway, all the best with yours. I can see now a days, great quality comes with lower price in India, that's even better..

yeah u are right, the face is bit different and long dorsal fin, but thats the one of the sign of the ZZ breed! Also, liked the cross pearls on the head, but looks need to work on the pearls too... urs looks definitely good!! have update some more pics when u can
 
Bro,I got one hang on filter today,it does not specify submersible/not.and no directions of use,outer cartoon jus had sum pics...I am attaching the pic,Jus tell me it is submersible,if it is uptil what level.
