I am not dosing kalwasser. I stay on top of water changes, 1-2 gallons weekly and about 5 gallons every month.
I do dose with Seachem’s, carbonate, complete, reef plus and iodine.

So I broke down one of my 20 gallons after I sold my eel.. had a bunch of store credit and the place had real reef rock sitting in a massive sump for about 6 months largely unpicked through. So I said what the heck, let me convert to a little office desk tank. I used the coral cup plates as well as some branches and traditional reef rock. It’s definitely different but I’m enjoying it, just threw on a fluval 50 gallon HOB with some marine pure balls from the big system so it should be good to rock. I think my lions enjoying it already. I’ll probably do a very simple softy tank, those cups with GSP would be pretty cool.

It’s a dwarf fuzzy Lionfish, one of the smallest ones and least aggressive to community fish there is. Raised in captivity, haven’t come across one online bigger than 5 inches.

Nice! That's some pretty covered coralline rock for sump rock, nice find. Always been a fan of the fuzzy dwarfs too.
