I have two FX5 paid $189.00 from pet supply warehouse they work great ones on a 125 salt the other is running a half full gator tank they where both brought over 6 + months ago very little maintenance.

Ive had my fluval fx5 now for two and a half years and never had a problem with it what so ever, I think there the best filter on the market for the price,,,I find it soooo dam easy to clean out and put back together, you can do it in a hurry no problem.......
Sometimes when i finish i sit there and go through what i did,just incase i did something wrong<>

6xFX5s ...never had a problem, best filtration for a canister filter. I like Eheims as well, but that's after I finish school
