so they are really selling them as fogos???? if so go and pimp slap that idiot owner for lying. their monos, none of the major distrib in fl sell pbs under any name but "peacock bass". i know cuz i order them...pls take a pic Milky 
You should still try to take some pics of what the lfs is selling so we can check them out, like everyone said, doubtfull they are fogos but for $50 at that size I would like to take a look personally and draw my own conclusion as to what cichla specie they are. Thanks ~Trent
Kk, Next time im down in apopka at the fish store. I'll take some quick pics. I dont liek buying fromt he guy cuz he dosent give money back if the fish dies. He just says o well.

Only place where I can get money back for a dead fish is petco, and thats within 7days and with a water sample.
Yup I think within 2 days with a water sample is a fair policy. But if the water tests bad you should be out of luck.
